H&M released a campaign on role models, featuring climate activists, which was displayed online and in window displays.

Given the carbon intensity of their global fast fashion operation, their prolific use of synthetic materials in their collections, and their plans to ramp up production towards 2030, this ad is corporate greenwash. It misleads customers into thinking the brand champions climate action, despite its pursuit of infinite growth.
